All products purchased from Smooth, LLC will be sent either via the US Postal Service or via UPS ground, unless specified otherwise by the purchaser, during which time any additional charges will be paid by the purchaser for other modes of product transportation and or differential cost. Further, for shipments outside of the continental US, additional fees for shipping may incur, and these additional costs will be applied to the purchaser s well. The purchaser is responsible for all tariffs, import fees or duties in accordance with their local laws and restrictions. Smooth, LLC will not incur any of these fees for products that may have been ordered. A signature is required on the purchasers end at time of delivery in order to help eliminate fraudulent purchases.
